Interview Process

Workiva is a company that works to ensure all candidates are notified when a decision is made, regardless of what the decision is.

1. Phone Interview

The first step of the process is a phone interview to go over your background and interests.

2. Onsite Interviews

The next step is a round of onsite interviews (usually 2). These will be conducted with the people you will potentially work with. Questions are mostly behavioral to determine how you work or would handle a scenario.

3. Challenge

Depending on what role you are applying for, there may be a technical challenge to test your aptitude.
