What

Salesforce

Looks For

A career at Salesforce is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to shape the future. Salesforce was built on a set of four core values which make that possible: trust, customer success, innovation, and equality. At Salesforce, they harness technologies that revolutionize careers, companies, and the world.

At Salesforce, they’re dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the diverse communities they serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work. Their values aren’t just words on a page — they learn to live them every day, measure our success, and continuously evolve. Together, they’re on a mission to improve the state of the world.

History of

Salesforce

This company has a really cool initiative that allows current employees to refer new hires (and collect a cash bonus of $2,000 for every successful referral!). Salesforce also worked with employees and firearms and policy experts to create a policy that prohibits the use of Salesforce services to sell some firearms and accessories.
