Oscar

Interview Process

The interview process for Oscar Health typically takes 2 weeks to a month.

1. HackerRank

Depending on what internship you are applying for, the first step in the interview process will be a HackerRank coding challenge.

2. Initial Phone Screening

The next step (or the first for non-technical roles) is a quick phone screen with a recruiter or hiring manager. They will ask a mix of behavioral and technical questions and will focus on your resume and past experiences to screen you and see if you should be moved to the next round. There may sometimes be a second phone interview that goes a little more in-depth.

3. In-Person Interview

The next step is an in-person interview. These questions will be more technical and specific, pertaining to the responsibilities of the roles for which you are interviewing. If you are applying for an engineering internship, questions will revolve around coding, programming, and mathematics.
